Please read these terms carefully before using the bt99 platform. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bt99.
Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to the bt99 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bt99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing the platform through the bt99 website, mobile site, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. bt99 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
Important: This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.
Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on bt99. Failure to comply with all conditions will result in denial of account creation or maintenance.
1.1 Age Requirement & Identity Verification
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- bt99 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.
- bt99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
- Registering with false information may result in the account and any balance held within it being forfeited.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one bt99 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, bt99 support must be notified in advance.
1.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. bt99 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately from the bt99 Login page and contact support.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
bt99 supports secure transactions through popular mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
- Please provide accurate deposit details — incorrect information may cause delays
- Third-party deposits are not accepted
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
- Withdrawals are only available via the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not complete
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: bt99 monitors all transactions. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. All deposits must be used for genuine gaming purposes — moving balances solely to claim bonuses or make withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
bt99 offers bonuses for its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that members must follow.
3.1 Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
- A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
3.2 General Bonus Policy
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Cancelling a bet or placing a reverse bet using a bonus will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- bt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A bonus may apply only to specific games or categories — please check the detailed terms for each offer separately.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
bt99 offers a range of gaming options including casino games, sports betting, slots, and live casino. Each category has its own rules, but the following general principles apply across the board.
- Bets cannot be cancelled once a game has started.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bt99 will decide whether to refund or complete the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or error will be considered void.
- Operating games through automated bots or any software is strictly prohibited.
- bt99 may review game logs at any time to verify game results.
- If fraudulent or corrupt activity is proven, the associated winnings will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.
- In sports betting, if the official result of a match is changed, bt99 will settle the bet according to that change.
4.1 Fair Play Policy
bt99 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. VIP Program & Cashback Policy
bt99's VIP program has four tiers. Tier placement depends on a member's activity and gaming history.
Bronze
Up to 0.3% cashback per week. New members joining bt99 start at this tier.
Silver
Up to 0.6% cashback per week. Earned through consistent gaming activity.
Gold
Up to 0.9% cashback per week. Includes special benefits for experienced members.
Platinum
Up to 1.2% cashback per week. Includes the highest benefits and personalized service.
Cashback is automatically credited to your account every week. bt99 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time. In the event of a rule violation, VIP status may be cancelled immediately.
Responsible Gaming

The bt99 platform uses software from third-party game providers. bt99's liability for any errors or issues with this software is limited. However, bt99 will always contact the relevant provider to protect the interests of its members.
Account Closure & Terms Changes
10.1 Account Closure by Member
Any member may request to close their account at any time through support. Upon receiving the request, bt99 will complete verification, close the account, and arrange to return any outstanding balance (subject to conditions being met).
10.2 Account Suspension or Closure by bt99
bt99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or any illegal activity.
10.3 Changes to Terms
bt99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
